In the fast-paced world of manufacturing, leadership is measured not only by operational results but also by the ability to inspire teams, safeguard processes and turn challenges into opportunities.
My career as a process team lead at the Eddystone site, within the cocoa and chocolate industry since 2018, reflects resilience, discipline and a deep passion for people.
My journey began with a deep immersion in process engineering and optimization. Over the years, I have overseen cocoa and chocolate operations, refined technical documentation and led cross-functional projects that demanded both precision and creativity. Yet beyond machinery and metrics, my leadership has always centered on developing people—coaching operators, building onboarding frameworks and reinforcing a culture of safety.
One of my hallmarks is the ability to transform raw data into compelling narratives. Whether through downtime stratification, Power BI dashboards, or structured glidepaths, I ensure that numbers aren’t just tracked, they’re understood.
“What ignites my passion is the intersection of data-driven leadership and human capability building. I thrive on turning analytics into stories that inspire action, while fostering a culture where operators feel recognized, supported and empowered to grow.”
My most recent work on the BPL glidepath and compelling business need (CBN) exemplifies this; by stratifying downtime and presenting actionable recommendations, I supported and empowered leadership to make informed decisions for the next three years.
My leadership is also defined by a proactive stance on safety. From reinforcing PPE compliance to addressing recurring risks on the grinding lines, I consistently advocate for accountability. My BOSE observations are not just reports; they are calls to action, ensuring supervisors and operators take ownership of corrective measures.
Beyond the shopfloor, my commitment extends to my family and community. As a dedicated father, I advocate for my daughter’s wellbeing and education, applying the same principles of clarity and constructive feedback that guide my professional life. This dual commitment—to team and family— underscores my belief that leadership is about impact, not titles.
What ignites my passion is the intersection of data-driven leadership and human capability building. I thrive on turning analytics into stories that inspire action, while fostering a culture where operators feel recognized, supported and empowered to grow.
Leadership Lessons
1. Accountability Builds Trust Clear expectations and consistent feedback create a culture where teams feel responsible and empowered.
2. Safety is Leadership in Action Proactive safety measures are not just compliance — they are a reflection of care for people.
3. Data Must Tell a Story Numbers alone don’t drive change; it’s the narrative behind them that inspires action.
