It is easier for the farmers to control the performance of the vertical tillage tool as they do not have to crawl in and crawl out of the tractor cab.
FREMONT, CA: Nowadays, most of the industry is highly influenced by data, and the agriculture sector is no exception to this. These updates about technology are of paramount importance for the farmers as they can help them monitor irrigation while reducing the necessities of the physician workforce. However, data can help the farmers find new methods of maximizing efficiency while making
data-driven decisions regarding the fields. At present, farmers are looking for a technology that will ease their job from being in one stable place.
The technology of Implement Command can help the farmers to achieve this. The technology is available on the new 18-foot and 35-foot Turbo-Maxes tractor cabs from where the farmers can regulate the performance of the vertical tillage tool. It also can set, adjust, and monitor the tillage tool. Implement Command makes real-time decisions, thus helping users enhance yields and soil health. It also controls the person inside the tractor cab, as they do not have to crawl in and out. The machine is easy to use and too convenient as control can be achieved just with the push of a button.
Tillage depth
Farmers can manage tillage depth independently, and they can achieve it by adjusting the three programmable presets.
Weight transfer
Weight transfer is controlled by dialing the appropriate downward pressure applied to the wings and thus adjusted on the monitor.
Screen time
Additionally, this technology lets farmers keep an eye on several settings in just a glance, including the gang angle from 0 degrees to 6 degrees, fore-and-aft leveling, and the hydraulic reel’s downward pressure. The environments also can be changed using hydraulic levers in the tractor cab.
During any accidental hitting of a lever or unintended changes to the field, the Implement Command system will immediately display the changes on the screen, helping the users stop the changes. The machine also does not have additional monitors as it works on the tractors’ virtual terminal (VT) and is ISO compatible. When multiple displays are present in a tractor, dual VT compatibility permits the farmers to transfer control to the next VT available on the bus.
