His career progressed at Nestlé, where he worked as a Food Technologist in Product Development and Innovation. The expertise gained during this time now informs his leadership at McCormick, where consumer health and innovation remain central to his strategic vision. Moore’s tenure at the United States Pharmacopeia further strengthened his leadership and strategic capabilities. Over the course of 15 years, he held key roles, including Senior Director of Scientific Affairs, Senior Director of Science Strategy and Planning and Director of Food Science. His leadership of global teams played a pivotal role in elevating USP’s scientific influence and bridging the gap between pharmaceutical and food sciences. His work in food safety, regulatory standards and food fraud prevention has had a lasting impact on industry-wide practices. Another pivotal chapter in his career took place at Bobbie Labs, where he served as Vice President and led efforts to redefine research and development practices in infant nutrition. His leadership in developing science-backed, consumer-focused products strengthened Bobbie Labs' position as an industry leader.
