Brodericks' career began in 1994, when she became a HAZWOPER, CPR, and BASICPLUS instructor. Her influence extended beyond training, as she played a pivotal role in developing the second version of BASICPLUS, a key safety program. This early experience set the stage for a career focused on ensuring compliance and fostering a culture where safety becomes second nature. Over the years, Broderick’s expertise in safety and loss control has benefited a wide range of industries. She has worked with companies such as ESIS (ACE), Texas Mutual, and Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency, leading safety initiatives for major projects like the DFW Terminal, DFW Tram, and Grey Wolf Lodge Grapevine. Her experience spans general industry, manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, medical, and fleet management—making her a well-rounded expert in risk mitigation. During her tenure at Texas Mutual, she also specialized in the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (USL&H), further solidifying her reputation as a trusted safety professional. From 2007 to 2013, Broderick took her expertise to the next level by founding and leading America’s Top Safety Training. As President and Lead Instructor, she provided consulting services to oil and gas companies of all sizes. Her dedication extended beyond business—she became an adjunct instructor at Navarro College’s Oil and Gas Technologies Center, mentoring students and guiding them toward careers in safety. Her passion for education and mentorship remains one of the defining aspects of her professional journey. Today, as the Regional EHS Manager at The Andersons, Broderick plays a critical role in ensuring safety remains a top priority for the company’s diverse operations.
